Shaddock Homes - The Grove, Frisco

I live across the street from where they are building home and my lists of complaints is very long. The lady in their model home and their project manager are zero help to any issues caused their the trades they hire. Their attitudes towards being neighborly is horrendous. Shaddock is the only one left building a home while we have all moved in and live/work out of our homes. Their trades blare their music, make loud deliveries between 2am-5am and block the streets. The others builders in this community have been wonderful to work with and considerate and deserve your business.

We moved to shaddock homes last year in 2023 at ESP. Construction quality is great compared to other builders. There are lot of customisable options. We had a good time with all the people who were involved in the construction of the house and warranty aswell. Some of the names Sales Agent : Joe Callender Builder: Greg Warranty: JJ and Jay, Bailey Its been one year we are enjoying the house, our first home. Would recommend new home buyers for sure.

I am new to Texas and quickly purchased ready to move in home at Estates at Shoddock Park. I am happy that I did right decision to own hose in ESP. Very nice community and a good quality home. I have no experience with the builder but want to say THANKS to Bailey on handling the warranty requests quickly, he is easy to approach on any questions or help related to home. He is super supportive to resolve any warranty issues.
