Wish I could do zero stars. Horrible experience and worst home buying process, negative energy and vibes the minute you enter the Sales office. Zero transparency in the lot availability and phases of completion. With the given price ranges the end product and quality is second grade. I believe people are crazy about location, me and couple of friends decided out to back out with the overall experience. Hope with influx and hype going down they realize importance of paying attention to customer experience and transparency.

Rude Agent | Bad Finishing | Unhealthy Environment Disappointed with Scott Evans' rude and aggressive behavior during our home design discussions. Numerous bad reviews reflect a recurring issue, but the company seems indifferent. Construction finishing was subpar, with issues like no insulation in certain rooms, damaged window frames, and about 20 more issues! Especially with the increasing demand in the area, this company is adopting a "take it or leave it" attitude. I recommend avoiding both Scott Evans and this company for a more respectful and quality experience elsewhere.
