Just moved to this area, was excited to check out the store. Collection is ok. The cashier who I talked to was not helpful. She definitely not seemed willing to help me find out the price of a clearance item I wanted to purchase and just had me wait aside then talked to the next person in line. I was confused until she realized she didnt tell me shes going to talk to the other cashier next to her when shes available. So I waited for about 10 minutes until the most costumers in line were helped, they finally got back to me said they got a price for the item. The manager who showed up to help does not look friendly as well. Not a good experience and disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Shannon at Anthropologie, and I must say, her service exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered the store, Shannon greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor that instantly made me feel welcome.

Im a loyal and longtime customer of Anthropology. Clothes are tall girl friendly! Ive lived in several states and frequently shopped in-store. The majority of my experiences have been great! However, you DEFINITELY experience profiling based upon your appearance at this location. Associates are a bit condescending and disingenuous. The selection was okay. So disappointing.

This location is wonderful! Every time I come in to look around the store itself is clean, well stocked, and the employees are always quick to assist with any orders or questions I have about the products. Today Jennifer and Nicky were both very kind and were actively checking in on guests while I did my shopping. I appreciate having this location so well managed, and look forward to continuing to frequenting this location in the future.
