        I was picking up an online order, no one said hi when we walked in, one girl looked at me and didnt say a word, walks over to register and I said picking up an order only words were out of her mouth were order number, last name came back with bag and thats it. And we were the only ones in the store, so they were not busy to even smile or say hello, or good bye. Was very displeased with the customer service. It was around 2:15-2:30 on April 4th 2024. It was the younger of the two females who got our stuff and spoke the 4 words to us.

        I've called this store twice.. the 1st time they lied about returning online purchases. I called CS and they said that stores IN FACT take back online orders and do exchanges. I CALLED back and spoke w a guy who was NOT enthusiastic about working I asked the same question again and what do I need to bring for a refund or exchange to occur, he told me and ended the call w mmmhmm as opposed to goodbye??? DUDE if you don't like your job go get another 1!!!
