Dry Clean Super Center

Unbelievable the amount of shirt buttons ive needed to replace because of this place. Constantly having them crack in half because they get too brittle. Figure it out.

STAY AWAY!!!! This place is AWFUL AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE!!!! Our teenaged daughter dropped off clothes to be cleaned. They were rude to her, gave her no information about pick up payment etc so she drove away. When I called back to find out when the clothes would be ready the Hispanic girl got rude with me. My husband called back and told her to gather the garments and we were coming to pick them up. She started arguing with my husband. I went back to get the clothes. The same Hispanic girl .. still being rude counted the clothes and slammed them on the counter. I said can I give you feedback ? As I started to talk she started yelling and cutting me off. She wouldnt even let me speak. I gave her not so nice feedback and left. We have always had sub par cleaning there but we were in a pinch today, so decided to go back. We live in the neighborhood directly behind them and its a shame that we have to go out of our way because they absolutely suck so bad.

I will say this place is the worst place to take your money and clothes there are some ladys that take your cloths and are the worst people for customer service you have disrespectful people working there they sat and argued with my wife and daughter on how they made a mistake and Blaim us please Frisco stay away from this place its horrible and they have no business being here with there bad service I literally went to get my clothes that was over 100 in service because I will not give these people my money for the way they treated us

Been coming here for a while now. Used to be great but something must have happened recently because they now have terrible customer service and arent cleaning things properly. Take your business elsewhere.

Always polite, efficient and quality work. We have used them for close to 10 years without an issue.
