Legacy at Warren Dry Cleaners

My wife left a faux leather dress to be cleaned and they could not remove the stains. The stains were at the very bottom of the dress so the owner recommended that THEIR tailor could cut the stains off and then re-hem the dress. She came in to discuss that ONLY 2.5 inches could be cut off or the dress would be TOO short. The owner was given EXACT directions and she marked it with blue tape. When the dress was picked up it is ENTIRELY TOO short. Barely covers her button. The tailor cut off more than 4 Inches. It is RUINED. The owner totally took ZERO responsibility but fired her tailor!!! After giving her business for 10 years, you would think she would give want to keep her good customers and stand by her work. She has lost our trust and business . So very sad!

Dont bring your business to this place. I shouldve listened to what the other reviewers said. In two occasions that I brought my clothes, first it was never ready on time. I clearly asked them on both occasions when I should come pick it up. Then when I show up on the day they promised, they told me that they werent not ready. First time it happened, I didnt make a big deal out of it and thought that it was just a one-off thing. The second time it happened, I was upset because I needed my stuff to be ready before a certain date. So I told the lady, but she could care less and even offered to take my clothe back the way they came in. Terrible service!! You better off either cleaning your stuff yourself or go very far away from this place.

This is a great place for all your dry cleaning needs! I recently took some comforters in that desperately needed cleaning and they did amazing! They made them look brand new! They also have reasonable prices and are not overpriced! Definitely a great place with lots of professionalism!

Just spent my last dollar at this business. They have repeatedly not followed requests to launder certain items rather than more expensive dry cleaning. RESPONSE TO OWNER: This is not the first time this has happened. I checked the garment label and, as requested, it can be laundered; just because you PREFER to charge for dry cleaning does not mean you should, particularly if the customer asks you to launder the item (e.g., a man's cotton dress shirt). If I ask you to launder an item when I drop it off, that's what you should do; if you want me to sign a "waiver" at that time, then ask - don't simply do what you want to charge for.

I don't feel my voice was heard with the issue of damage to items I have had serviced. Multiple issue have just escalated with broken buttons that I have provided replacements that you have mysteriously lost. My resent a new pair of tan slacks that you have apparently seared (burnt) that you are now stating I must have sat on something. Clearly you can feel the fabric has a different texture in the seared (burnt) area. You machines are not cleaned or I can no longer trust you with my items. Services: Special care fabric cleaning, Clothes pressing, Ironing, Industrial laundry, Laundry pick-up, Clothing alterations & repairs
