I would not recommend this place.
Staff members are not professional. One back staff was wearing airpod listening to music while working. Other staff was complaining how she does not like to work at this office.
Further more, one of the patient chairs is not working so I had to be moved to a different chair.
I wonder if working staff does not like to work and complaints to patients and basic dental chair is not working, how the dental office can offer good cares to patients.

Edit, a kind response from a doctor who seems to really care about the experiences of her clients.
The biggest concerns are: 1. Scheduling an appointment for a service that I did not receive, and was not made aware had been changed prior to coming, 2. Having xrays taken under the premise that I was going to receive the service I booked. The insurance issues are minor by comparison, though still an additional hassle on top of the other two more predominant issues.
I hate to write this because I really, really liked the doctor. It was the whole reason I booked an appointment and was willing to drive 20 minutes in the opposite direction of where I need to be going. I moved to Dallas last year and finally was getting my stuff together and found a dentist - which is a whole ordeal in itself. However, the logistical mess I encountered today is why I won't be coming back.
I scheduled a cleaning appointment online. I filled out the forms, submitted my insurance, and received confirmation that it was complete. I arrived for my appointment, only to be told they did not have any of my insurance information. On my appointment in the online portal it says my insurance information, right there.
She said she required an insurance card (our provider does not issue insurance cards) and I told her I didn't have one, we're told to provide our name and social. So I filled out the forms again, provided my license and all that info. She said they verified my insurance, and were waiting on a fax. Great.
They took me back, started xrays, which took at least 5 times on one side. The doctor came back, examined my teeth, we set out a plan, and then I waited... and waited. For what I assumed was a cleaning, even though it had been 45 minutes already. The receptionist comes back to describe the potential options and pricing, and will verify my insurance etc. etc. and I can do this after my cleaning next time. I am confused, because I obviously scheduled a cleaning, my appointment was confirmed as a cleaning. She explained "they don't do cleanings on a first visit."
Excuse me, what?
I would not have authorized them to do xrays, in fact I would have canceled my appointment, had I been made aware that my appointment had been changed from a cleaning to whatever this was supposed to be. I didn't find out until it was time to LEAVE that this was not a cleaning appointment like I scheduled.
So - I basically wasted an entire half day on this appointment, wasted my time waiting for this appointment, and now will need to wait to get in somewhere else. And that place won't have the benefit of taking my xrays there. Maybe other people have time to make two visits, but I absolutely do not have time for that kind of thing and no dental office has ever, ever required this of me when scheduling for a cleaning - a very basic service - in any state that I've lived in. I have been extremely busy - finding time to carve out to do this was difficult enough, they want me to drive back out, for another appointment, to do the thing I had originally requested? No.
Anyway, I won't be back. End to end, the whole experience was a mess.

I've been going to Dr. Alapati and her staff every six months for my routine dental checks, and I've always had a terrific experience. I recently had to receive a crown, and I was a little anxious. Dr. Alapati and her staff, however, were fantastic!
By clarifying each step along the way, they made sure I was at ease during the entire procedure. A real professional and authority in her industry, Dr. Alapati is. She made sure I understood the process and responded to all of my inquiries, which really helped to relax me.
Hannah was a great office manager as well. I genuinely appreciated her assistance in making sure I understood my insurance coverage and the expected payment.
In conclusion, I thoroughly recommend Dr. Alapati and her staff. They are all incredibly warm, capable, and competent. They will give you the best care possible whether you require a routine checkup or a more involved operation. Thank you, Hannah, team, and Dr. Alapati!
