Absolutely fantastic, Im usually very nervous when going to the dentist but the staff was so friendly and Dr. Andress and Stacy were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable while fixing my broken tooth!

Be careful, I said I wasn't going to review but I really felt the need too after recent visit at another dentistry. The biggest problem with this dentistry is the inconsistency. Before getting any major procedures done you might want to get a second opinion. They have a gentleman who is really nice but is basically a salesperson. They told me I needed a crown on my left side and I needed to replace the crown on my right side because it didn't look right. I didn't want to touch the crown on my right as I had only had it for 2 years, but agreed to the left one.
I visited again for a temporary and it was a circus. I spent 4hours because I could over hear one of the young ladies wasnt heating the crown to an appropriate temperature and it didnt come out right. There was a newer dentist who said she just started working but had been a dentist in her country for 20yrs. I was worried because she spent 10 minutes watching this video on how to perform this onlay. Which was concerning. Then she said we may have to do a root canal.
I went back again and met another dentist to get the root canal and he x-rayed me again to look at my tooth and was confused because it was fine and we just needed the crowns.
2yrs have passed and I am now having to get a replacement crown for my left side because it was done too short and visibly has a gap on the side. The funny thing is the one on my right side that I was told was done wrong is still in good shape and I haven't had any problem with it. Keep in mind they call it a practice for a reason.

Dr. Sauer and his staff are incredibly professional, organized, and kind. I cant say enough good things about Eldorado Smiles.

Service is good but it moves slow other than that its pretty good
