Their service is great. But they charge hidden fee for device and line activation. I came to know about it only when I reviewed my bill from the store.

I have to say this place and the people working were amazing! Arii was helping me with a quote for a new IPhone 13 and we ran into some issues with my account, that were very bizarre, she jumped right on the phone and talked to someone in support who eventually said something had been placed on my account that should not have but then the person on the phone proceeded to say do not tell the customer, meanwhile I was on speaker phone this entire time. Arii and the Manager at this store made sure I was informed fully on what was the problem and let corporate know they would not hide this information from me. Love this store will go back anytime I need help. And yes I got the new Iphone 13 Pro! Thanks Arii!!

Called twice, an hour apart from each other and no agent picked up each time. I've worked for Verizon for years and even if it's busy, you can still find the time to at least pick up the phone.
