They are the best all of them, I had no phone, and the insurance company that T-Mobile provided socks and said they would be delivered overnight, but it was not. Came back the next day. The manager made arrangements for me to have a phone until the replacement came at a small fee. I was able to work from home and continue with my daily routine. It took over 15 calls to that insurance company, and I received my phone 9 days later it was not the same phone that I lost they could have sent me this one overnight and not waited 9 days.
Came into the store with my phone, tablet, and smartwatch. The manager set up everything for me in the last 15 minutes. She and her crew are wonderful.

After 2.5 years with this carrier I have decided to move my business to a company that has more compassion than T-Mobile. I was recently hospitalized which caused me to lose my job and left me unable to work. My bill got a couple months behind and my service was cut. I had set up all of my unemployment and social security logins with that number. So, I couldn't access these services to get my life back. A month later, I managed to sell some belongings to try to get service restored. I had more than 50% of what I owed TMobile. The representative told me that they would not restore service without past due paid in full. I would have stayed, but they couldn't make an exception for me. Carriers should understand that having service is a partnership. If I can't stay connected, they can't get paid. CONNECTIVITY IS EVERYTHING

3rd visit , new phone accomplished. Still have issues which I cant seem to resolve by myself, dont know who to turn too!! Left store with confirmation that all was in place. NOT!! The one thing I was concerned with was being able to use my reader for business. I was assured with a big YES! Nope, not true. Screwed the next day. Ran to 3 different Best Buys to get right adapters. Also told rep that I use stand up charging station. So why did she sell me $35 pop socket as that cant be used? I wish someone could help me with the hands free in my car. It just wont work for me. Does not accept phone
