Worst experience. They arent flexible with their policies even during the height of pandemic. Focus should be on customer experience and not rip off the customers.

Have you ever gone into your bank, a bank  where you hold multiple accounts and you've  been a member for over a year, to pull  out moneyAnd been told by the " the  highest ranking employee in the bank at a time" that they need to know WHY you are pulling the money out of the bank.What does it matter to you  (CRAIG) ? It is my money. And whatever it is I choose to do with it has absolutely nothing to do with your nosy ass.You may be priding  yourself on the fact that you were remain led calm While standing next to your brand new trainee,during this interaction while I became incredibly elevated because you would not give me my money. Your calmness  has absolutely no bearing on my Experience So if I gave you the right answer regarding what I was going to do with my money you would release it to me and if I gave you the wrong answer you would not release it to me.
