We have been with these guys for a bit. Good bank until recently. Paid a $600 deposit to a shady company and when it fell off "released from pending" we felt some relief. Nearly two weeks later my wife payroll got deposited and while we slept that original $600 was reposted. Our debit card was locked but they used the original to clear it and put us in the negative. Support reads from a script and will do nothing to help you but tell you file a dispute and resolution could take 45 to 90 days. Not to mention the card delays and nearly 15 days to get a new one. Find a better bank that is local to you. We are.

Garbage bank I can't deposit the check from my dead father's estate because their software sucks, they want me to spend my own money to get a green dot card and transfer from there, tired of speaking to foreigners with broken English going back to real banks

This bank is a predatory thief . They robbed my account of $1000.00 closed it and refused to answer my questions . That was all the money I had and it was my monthly social security check plus $200 savings Im going to my local district attorney and ask him to sue this bank for theft to recover my money plus damages plus attorney fees
