Mirasol Eldorado Apartments

Gym closed since April 2023 its now Jan 2024 & still no word. You still get charged for amenities and tech package was added randomly to my rent. Their tech package is a lock on front door with an app that messes up often, a thermostat that doesnt even connect to an app & wifi thats still an extra charge. I came from living downtown for that same fee I had Bluetooth speakers in home, smart lock, thermostat & the app opened all amenities. The staff is nice but I can tell they have no real information on why certain fees are there or when things will be reopened. I work late as a nurse and multiple times have came home and saw swarms of cops (6+) Frisco PD cops trucks here. They never know why and its weird these cops are always lurking for a hour or more before they leave. Overall if you want somewhere decent to sleep this is a good place but if you want answers and to use amenities dont come here. Ive only had one bad experience with a homeless man under stairs but never issues with neighbors. Everyone speaks and stays in their little bubble. Parking can be annoying if you work late like me youll have to walk maybe 50 yards depending on your building but nothing to crazy. My biggest irk is the extreme difference in prices in only one year lease. I moved here to downsize but new owners have made it just as expensive to stay here as my place in the design district downtown Dallas. I wouldve stayed where I was for these random fees!! sidenote in Texas they can add fees to your lease at anytime as long as your rent doesnt increase.. the loopholes in Texas are wild

I have lived on the premises since before it was acquired by ZRS and can vouch for the amazing work ZRS is doing to remodel/rejuvenate Mirasol Eldorado. The new technology they have introduced (keyless locks, high-speed fiber internet, electronic thermostat, and more) have been amazing. Additionally, the improvements they are completing to both the apartments and the community have been much needed and wanted to bring this community into 2024. The maintenance team is amazing. They are quick to respond to service tickets and extremely respectful. Lastly and most importantly, the management team really cares. I have had the pleasure of working with KG who is always so kind and patient with my 100+ questions.
