Berkshire Pullman Apartments

Terrible place to live. Thin wall. Very small washer and dryer. Alway have problem with the fridge.Lots of bugs around the apartment .Worst customer service after u signed the lease.And nightmare really come when moving out. They over charge water bill, trash bill, cleaning stuff that u can't get your deposit back and actually pay way more for stupid cleaning. AVOID HERE AT ALL COST !!!!!!!!

This place has the worse customer service. Very friendly when you tour, but once you are there, it is horrible. Staff is very rude. Place looks good to eye, but falling apart. There was a loud knocking noise that kept me up at night. They search for issue for 6 months and could never resolve. They gave up on fixing problem and said tough luck. When I moved out, they made up false things to charge me for so I would not get my deposit.. They could care less about their residents. I do not recommend this place.

Great place to call home! I have lived here from the beginning when the Luxury Apartment Homes at Berkshire-Pullman first opened to renters....living here now for (4) years. Frisco, Texas is an amazing community and Berkshire Pullman selected a great place to build their Luxury Apartment Homes. I experience wonderful things living here; Luxury lifestyle living, upscale amenities, a safe environment (not aware of any crimes), Accessibility to fine dining, a Movie theatre (within walking distance), a Farmer Market (Fresh Veggies) within walking distance, a Hospital (walking distance), Banks (walking distance), Trails for biking, etc. We have an amazing, Property Manager and Staffers who always lift my mood with their smiles and laughter when I contact them. I loved place at first sight when 3 years back I visited it first time . And staff were friendly and helpful, hence I moved in. But once management changed to Berkshire , my experience became horrible. They dont pay attention to your maintenance request on time. I literally faced drainage water leaking in my bathroom celing for couple of months. Maintenance people just walk with shoes on around apartment and due to all these they charged me professional carpet replacement charges at moveout and also for other charges which didnt even belong to my apartment. So overall not recommend this place to live as when you move out they try to give their best shot to rip off your pocket. I were paying for reserved parking still many times I do have to look for free spot at night as someone else have parked in my spot. When reported answer from office is contact towing company we cant do anything. Plus they use various billing services , for which you never sign up but they charge all those charges to your account plus valet trash you pay for 30day in month but they dont pickup for half of days . Attached carpet pictures which looks clean , and they charged me $60 for cleaning
