My wife lost her diamond out of her engagement ring and we were devastated. We reached out to ACORI Diamonds and worked with Billy and Connie. They were so understanding and helpful. They assisted us in walking through the process of how best to keep the original style of the setting and made very informed suggestions on how to improve the ring. Their decades of experience enabled us to make the best decisions on the replacement diamond as well as the final design. When they presented the finished ring to us you could see in both of their faces what a true artist of their craft should look like and they were so proud of their excellent work. I think they were as excited as we were on the final ring design. Their work was beyond our expectations and we are so very pleased that we trusted them with the ring I gave my wife over 36 years ago.
