Very friendly ladies!!! Someone very special to me introduced me to Kendra Scott, and Ive been such a fan ever since! Beautiful jewelry, great prices, and they always have amazing sales! My favorite is the birthday discount - 50% off jewelry or 25% off fine jewelry. Thats unbeatable! I would definitely recommend Kendra Scott!

Very nice people in there. We took the choir from my kids' school. Some students purchased jewelry. We did not. My kids didn't have enough money. But the lady did refill my water bottle for me. I appreciated that very much. I did get a few samples of some perfume. The one pictured was my favorite.

I've gone here a few times, Today I took my niece for her quinceera gift and everyone was so welcoming and had amazing customer service. Thank you for making her first time in Kendra Scott an amazing experience!!

Title: Challenging Online Purchase Return ExperienceI recently encountered issues with Kendra Scott's return policy for online purchases picked up in-store. Unlike other retailers, returning items directly to the store isn't allowed. The process involves cumbersome paperwork, packaging, and self-return via UPS. This added complexity makes returns a laborious task, dissuading me from future online purchases with Kendra Scott. Improved return options would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

Im a frequent customer of Kendra Scott at retail stores as well as many special events supporting Organizations throughout the Clear Lake, League City, Bay Area communities. This afternoon, 12/1/2023, I went to the Kendra Scott at the Baybrook Mall. I selected several items for Christmas gifts for my daughter, I was treated very rudely by the young lady behind the counter. While other customers were having their purchases, put in jewelry bags and then boxes and wrapped with ribbons and put in a bag to walk away with this young lady decided to put g to he jewelry bags and boxes separate and just throw them in a bag and hand them to me and told me that I could wrap them as gifts myself. Cashier: Miranda R. Obviously needs further training. Very disappointing.
