This store is the worse DG location I have ever been to they never have anything in stock your more likely to find their shelves empty than not and regardless if thats in control of the employees or not they make it no better with their poor customer service skills and nasty attitudes. if you ask for help for anything its like pulling teeth. They are rude to the customers and each other this store needs corporate to come in and clean house ASAP!!!
PS: I want to give a special shout out to the short fat black guy whos always sweating although he does the bare minimum every time Ive visited. I asked for his help with a coupon and he told me idk what to tell you idk why DG even has coupons. Ive seen him rude to the other employees and customers he hates his job and Im assuming his life.
DO BETTER !!!!!!

I hate this dollar store with a passion. They close way before the store is supposed to be closed. The store always look like a tornado has hit it. Shelves are always empty.. please do better.

I went to this store yesterday night at around 9:30 pm, before arriving I made sure they were still open they close at 10 pm I arrived and the hours sign also said open till 10 pm the young man working saw me and ignored then he proceeded to pretend he was mopping the floor I was standing outside waiting for him to let me come in all I needed was something for my kid since my son is sick and because the nearest pharmacy was close. The young man looked at me and said they were closed I proceeded to show him my phone that said it was 9:30pm he than looked at me and with an attitude said again they where closed. If your closing hour says y'all are open till 10 then your workers need to respect that and close at 10, not when ever they want or are tired and see there is no one coming in. I hope you fix this because this is unacceptable.

This store is soooooooo unprofessional it needs to shut down !!! The employees are unprofessional and they hate working there they never have anything you need in this location and today the girl that was working there made me feel like i was bothering her they didnt have plastic bags for my items she used the bags you put meat in. Adding photos below. As I was paying she completely turned her back to me

I was in yesterday shopping for things for my grandchildren. I was enjoying my alone time when I realized I forgot gallon baggies, so off the the back I went. There was a Female close to the end and a man in front of the baggies, they were stocking shelves . It was a very narrow entry to get to the shelf as he had a rack or something in the aisle . I bumped into a dog treat box that was filled with dog treats, and a bunch fell out and on the floor . Being the person I am, I went to pick them up , they kept falling , the man said dont fret about that, I stood up and put the rest of the treats on top . He walked towards me , I walked towards the baggies . As I grabbed the box the lady says she dropped she needs to pick them up . I used to have a terrible Temper, its mellowed over the years., however she sparked my anger that hadnt been Ignited quite like that in a very very long time . I was lit up . I looked right at het and said , Im a decent human being and I tried . The man then assured her he had told me not to worry about it . She made another comment and I basically lost it . I told her today is not the day to mess with my I am in no mood . She said she was in no mood as well . Im in customer service folks, I live to make people happy, my goal is to have my clients trust me , like me , and let me help through a hectic time in their lives no one wants to have to deal with . Not only was the horrible customer service it was downright rude. So I said the only I could think of . Ill pray for you . Trying to calm myself down as I walked toward the front . I do not condone violence but had she come towards me I would have hurt her . Shame , shame , shame on Dollar general for allowing its employees to act this way . And shame on her ! Do your selves a favor get her some training and behavior classes . No human deserves to be treated like that . I wont be back .
