I had a procedure here this week! Dr. McCurdy & the staff were exceptional! Their attention to detail and patient comfort is remarkable!
I would definitely highly recommend Dr. Mccurdy and this facility! A job well done!

The nurses here are so nice. My doctor was delayed by an hour and a half so Amber gave me a Chic Fil A gift card for my inconvenience. That's great patient care. Vending machines would be a nice thing also.

The staff doesn't answer their phones. Wait until the latest part of the day before my procedure to inform me that I will have a balance that is unreasonable to have on demand and to give me my time to arrive. As a single mother of 2 year old twins, I couldn't make arrangements for their care until late at night. I also work night shift and had to call the Dr to find out my procedure time. Went to check in, no one was at the desk so you had to use a tablet. The system couldn't find me and when I found a staff member, she treated me like I was dumb and didn't know how to enter my last name and birthdate, even after stating I entered my information in several times. She was more concerned about her coffee being made in the lobby coffee machine. Went in for my procedure and they forgot to bring my support person back to me. When I finally got my support person I was already getting ready to go back for my procedure. Once, I was out I was invisible to the after care nurses, they only talked to my support person, even though I was in extreme pain. Then they couldn't even tell me where my prescriptions were going to or what prescriptions were even provided.
