The staff here were absolutely AMAZING and I want to give them their credit right off the get-go. I want to give shout outs to my nurses, Nova, Audrey, Karina, and Jocelyn. They were so kind to this very VERY anxious patient and helped me feel safe, despite a massive panic attack before my procedure.
That being said, I wish there would have been better communication about the waiting time and what to expect. We checked in at 6:45 and waited for an entire hour before I was called back, despite the receptionist assuring us that it would only be "a few minutes" after we completed check-in.
I understand that wait times vary and there is no guarantee of expected timing, but for this VERY anxious patient, that hour was absolutely horrible. I tried - and failed - to stifle a panic attack in a very crowded, very loud waiting room. I wish there had been a private space to wait or that there had been better communication on expected waiting time.

The check-in receptionist Kandace could definitely use some customer service training. She appeared to have an attidtude, wasn't personable and seemed like she was rushing to finish the task at hand. Dr Mills is my doctor and his staff has always been polite and always provide great customer service.

Great experience there today. From check-in to exit. Lanitra at registration as very friendly and efficient. Nova got me ready to go and was great. Debbi (RN) and Brady (Tech) were super professional. Thanks for taking great care of me!
