        I've worked with several 3PL providers across North America, and there is definitely a broad range of how good/bad they are. Normally, like most things, you get what you pay for. Not with ShipMonk. Their published prices are high despite the fact that they deliver a below average experience compared to other companies we've worked with. Then, they inflict all the fees they can AND over-charge at levels that are potentially criminally fraudulent (my lawyers will let us know). I've never seen such blatant gouging for fees on things like storage, labor, processing fees. Having them as a provider has been literally devastating to our business.
