This is a late post, but I have to thank Tea! She was so gorgeous, so amazing, so beautiful and so helpful. I am planning my friend a graduation party because he never had the opportunity to graduate. She helped me organize, enhance, and build my flyer to perfection. I felt like I was getting annoying with all the help I needed but she had a humongous smile and helped me on top of all of the duties she already had to do. I am extremely thankful for Tea and I wish there was more I could do for her other than just write this review. Keep being beautiful, keep being awesome, and keep having phenomenal customer service. I appreciate you Tea!

They have to pull 5 dollars out of my account for a .20 purchase. It also takes like 5 business days to get it back.

Shipped a custom family collage in a frame for a gift and the package was damaged during shipping. While unfortunate I understand that happens and requested to get the package returned to see if we could use the photos and just replace the frame. I was initially told I wouldnt ever get the package returned and had to forfeit my ability to file a claim for damages just to have the package returned. Since the pictures were more important than the price of the frame I agreed. FedEx rep then assured me my package would be returned to my address but I never received it and now both the claim and tracking info are closed out. Super frustrating experience and I just dont understand how FedEx can just keep my property when they are the ones who damaged it.
