Very ghetto.. truck didnt even have any gas.. he give me $25 dollar discount. But it was just time consuming.

If I could give no stars and review my experience with this company I would have done that. As it is had to give at least one. It deserves none. This is the biggest rip off storage rip off facility I've ever rented from. Not only do they over charge for the units but they also up the rent $10 annually
There's rats. I paid pay for 24/7accesd and could not get in last night because unbeknownst to me they dt do that that anymore. I've had my stuff stored at this facilty for 7years. Over $12,000 but they refuse to give any slack over late charges even though I have explained time and time again i do. not get paid until after their cut off. I'm a 63 yr old widow and this place has been breaking me every single month to the point I am unable to get my stuff out. Which I suspect how they make money on our cherishable possessions. DO NOT RENT A UNIT AT UHAUL ESPECIALLY THIS HORRIBLE FACILITY. I'm taking out a loan to remove my things. And then I'm suing for damages to my property and the price gouging they do. I'm contacting THE BBB and everywhere else I can complain. I have nothing but time to try to ruin this business. Beware of the RIPOFF!!!!

We have used U-Haul a plethora of times due to having a furniture business but I have never had a bad experience until yesterday. Your representative at the location was unhelpful and rude. She acted as though I was an inconvenience for her. I used the mobile reservation but was having issues with it she said she could not help me but after 15 mins of waiting in the lobby she decided she would finally help.
