This has always been the standard followed by Mid South Real Estate.For over 40 years in the business of renting property in the Fairmount Historic District, the utmost care has always been exercised to respect the privacy of our renters.Other than emergencies, a service request or invitation must be received to enter a residence, or notice given to the renter if entry is necessary. The procedure in case of emergency, such as a water leak, the door is knocked on loudly, after a fair period of time, the door is unlocked, cracked open and a loud vocal announcement is made multiple times to alert any occupants.A complaint has been made by Glenn Landers that Joseph Lehman has been violating this policy. Mr. Landers claims to have video evidence and witnesses supporting these alleged transgressions yet, Mr. Landers, after being asked repeatedly, has not presented any evidence. This complaint has been fully investigated. There is absolutely no supporting evidence of any violation of company policy in this matter by Joseph Lehman.Please be assured that this is a false allegation against Joseph Lehman and Mid South Real Estate. Joseph Lehman has been the manager of Mid South Real Estate for over five years. He has conducted himself with the upmost honesty and integrity.The reason for Mr. Landers libelous claims is puzzling and upsetting to all of us.Our hope is that Mr. Glen Landers will come to realize that no one associated with Mid South Real Estate has been entering his home while he is not there.Mid South Real EstateStephen J.
