Booked an appointment in February. Never heard from them. Now, at the end of APRIL, they have finally called. Dont waste your time on these guys

I used them for years as United but now their customer service has gone down the tubes. Unfortunately I have decided to go with Joe Ryder Propane.

We just built a house and moved in 3 months ago. Our builder Legacy Classic Homes said Pinnacle filled the 250 gallon tank when it was installed. Our house ONLY uses propane for our kitchen stove and fireplace. We ran out of propane last night during our sons 15th birthday party. Not very happy

I .signed up for.auto fill and they just didn't come. It's been months but I don't pay attention because it's supposed to happen automatically. Well now I have no propane, I can't cook, I can't shower, and I have no heat. To top it off no one is answering their 'out of gas' line. I've run out before and then can and did an emergency fill on the weekend, which is why I switched to auto fill, but apparently they don't do that anymore. If they mess up you suffer and they don't do anything about it. Try a more reliable company.
