Its my first time using Joe Rider. And I want to say the reason why is Daniel. Very professional and worked with me on getting everything set up. Very polite and professional. Going the extra mile and helping me get my unique situation all together and done. So I would recommend soulful on his professionalism and politeness. Also want to mention Amber very polite and professional as well even with me calling both her and Daniel 10 different times to get everything worked out. Thank you

Customer service is TOP NOTCH. Kim started helping me with my propane journey 2 years before I became a customer. She always made time for me and answered all of questions regarding whole home propane (I was new to all of this then). The guys that came out take a look at what I needed were also very informative and helpful. Then, once made the decision to change companies, they made the process SO easy. Everyone I have had interaction with, from the office staff, to the installers, to the delivery driver has been great. Kim, Chris, David, Justin, Daniel and Jason - Thank you for everything.

Knowledgeable staff, excellent service. One of the only propane companies that actually follow through on their promises and are open everyday! Even when its cold.

Ive been a customer for over 25 years. Joe Rider Propane has always been there for me whether its an urgent tank fill at home or filling portable tanks at their store. Friendly people and great service.
