        I tried to use them, they don't come out to quote, they ask you to take a picture of the hood, they quote, they give you a price, you agree with the price, they schedule you, they text asking. if they can reschedule for the next day because of another job and I understand so I say sure. They next day they don't show. up after you have your guys stay longer then normal and then tell you didn't confirm.

Sometimes cancelations are necessary if we do not have enough staff to cover the job. Also, we pride ourselves in our work and would not like to do it correctly if we do not have the staff to cover.
