This was one of the company referred to by our insurance company. Everything was drew up just like the insurance had it. An employee came and did all the estimates and was very well manner. The owner came out a few days later over looked our damage and was more focused on if we have already received a check and for how much. A few days later the other employee came out. Still well manner and professional with carpet sampling. All when well. Later that night we got a call stating a framer was coming the next day to start the job. Happy and excited we felt this is great. The next day at noon the owner requested the whole check for the repair. Mind you. No work had been done. The framer hadn’t showed up as of 2:30 that afternoon. We refuse to give him the payment in full and he’s was rude and disconnected the call in my wife face. We do not recommend this company to no one especially the elderly. BBB is next. He acted like we had no other options. Service: Deep clean

So excited I found this company, they fixed a disaster my kids made in our downstairs bathroom! It was a nightmare but I guess these guys are nightmare Specialists!
