AAA AUGER Plumbing Services

As someone who owns many homes, I used them temporarily on those rentals. What I found is their pricing is way above retail and the service was horrible, which was a surprise since I had so many hones, not a one-timer. I can't use them because of this. In addition, they did a camera job for me, told me it was a broken line and it would cost 7000 to fix yet couldn't prove to me the camera footage showing the break. Beware of this company and its ways. You have been warned, friends.

Update for August 2023: Randy came out this time for the same service, to flush the water heater. Had a great experience again. Very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Previous review from 2021: Eugene came out for a routine hot water heater flush. He did a great job and brought just the right equipment to get the job done efficiently and neatly for my odd setup. My water heater is inside one of the bedrooms and not a drop was spilled anywhere. Very affordable. Will use this service again.

We have found a new plumber!!!!! AAA Auger plumbing responded to my phone call on Sunday and made an appointment for Monday morning. They kept me informed of arrival time; and the plumber explained the process of determining what my non-functional shower problem was and what the expenses might be. He found the problem and fixed it quickly and professionally at exactly the price he had quoted. We'll call AAA next time we need plumbing help!
