        I called Airco on a Saturday morning to take a look and fix an issue with my 5 yr old heat pump and they were able to put me on their schedule for the afternoon. Micaiah was the tech that came out and he was awesome. He was friendly, professional and informative. Micaiah diagnose the problem, took time to explain what causes it and what needed to be done to fix it. He wasn't there trying to upsell or charge me for stuff that was not required. The pricing was fair and transparent. I will use Airco and request Micaiah going forward whenever I have an AC/Heat need.

        The technician was very clear and thorough and explained everything and didn't try to sell me but just explained the condition of both of mt A/C heat pump units. Cesar is the kind of employee that I appreciated. I once managed a large equipment service group and he's a keeper. Great employee. Service: HVAC system maintenance
