Marco's Pizza

I've loved Marcos ever since my first time going. Beats Pizza Hut and Domino's. My one and only complaint is the sauce. I love the white sauce on my pepperoni magnifico, but when I ask for it, it states "no sauce," then says white sauce. I suggest this is changed, especially on the app, because the person on prep table is going to stop at "no sauce." This has happened many times now where I get no sauce. I'd order more if I had more confidence this wouldn't happen.

This was our first time ordering from Marcos. The pizzoli was way too undercooked. I bit into it and it was all dough. I had to spit it out.

Marcos use to be my favorite pizza but the last few times I order there is always an issue. I tried to order through Uber eats but there is no option for extra sauce. I called the store was asked to hold and then say on hold for 5 mins and then the phone started ringing no stop. I hung up and called again but the person answering wanted to put me on hold again. I told him Im just calling to ask a quick question about my already placed order. He said I would need to hold for 25 mins. I asked for a manager he was no help either. Therefore, I cancel my order. I know that I will be unsatisfied if my pizza comes out without extra sauce. I find it hard to believe that nobody could listen to my request and make that change even if you have to charge extra for it. It just seems like over the last few years, Marco Pizza on Overton just isn't the same anymore.
