The Pizza Bistro

Does anyone know how the rewards program works? I have been ordering online for 2 years and it never shows me rewards balance or never offers a non advertised coupon or freebie. I guess I havent even earned a free drink yet?

Just moved to the neighborhood and its my first order here. I was not sure what the size should be for a Large pizza and now reading the reviews and seeing what an actual large looks like and they even mention you can fold the slice I must have gotten a medium instead, The box was way bigger than the pizza. The slices where small they were the size of half of a folded slice or smaller. My kids and I were still hungry after eating 2 slices each when Im good with one slice of a large pizza anywhere else. The taste was good but totally not worth my money for a large pizza. I also ordered the cinnamon bites and they were burnt on the top. Was too late and tired to take them back. After giving them a 1 star review Im coming back to change it. They have improved greatly. I got a free pizza from a promotion they did at my sons school. I could not believe the quality and attention, they are great! Im glad they improved all around.. will be coming back!

I Ordered spaghetti and it was burnt, never have I had Burnt spaghetti before. Very disappointed. My husband had a pizza and it was just ok. This was on bonds ranch road.

My main complaint is the keto option of their pizzas. Its one of the cheaper options but it is incredibly overpriced for just the pizza toppings in a bowl without any bread or sauce. Their regular pizza options are okay, but the quality isnt as good as other nearby options.
