Pizza Hut

Made an online order at 4:37 on 9/15/25. Received a text that it was out for delivery at 5:20. I called the store at 5:50 to check on my order and was told that it was just sent out for delivery. At 6:15 called the store again and was now told that it was just now being made. I have never had any issues with this store, but to get my order over 2 hours later was very disappointing.

I was missing my 5 piece cheesesticks with my $10 taste maker pizza and Tuscani chicken flavor pasta on Thursday 9/09/21, called multiple times got hung up on. Driver said to call store, we did not receive credit or offer for mistake.

I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for a few years, but recently the customer service & quality of the food has gone downhill. Last night, we placed an order a little after 6 thru the app. We were told it would be delivered at 840pm. At 813p, I called to check the status and was told it was out for delivery and should be arriving before the estimated time. By 845p, we had no change in order status on the app. I tried to call again, but the phone kept getting disconnected. I don't know if they were hanging it up or just dropping the call. Near 9pm, I decided to go find out what was going on. I opened my door and found my order -cold- sitting on my doorstep. I was waiting in the living room so I wouldn't miss the driver. There was no knock. As a delivery worker myself, I have done no contact deliveries. We are told to knock and step away to allow the customer to get their order. Porch pirates are a deep concern, especially since I live in an apartment. Not only was the food cold, and the driver failed as well as the app to notify us of delivery, but I was also missing one of the items I ordered. I tried calling to report this, but no one would answer the phone,.The line kept getting hung up. This is not the first time I had problems like this. A few months ago, we placed an order and it never even arrived. I went t find out what was wrong and the "manager" told me she had no cook and was unable to fill my order. No apology. No attempt to find an acceptable solution, Just a "tough luck" attitude.
