Went to see my father late this night because he called me and I decided to do a pop up . A young woman let me in and I spoke . Its the older lady who was sitting behind the desk for me I just asked why was looking at me as if I wasnt supposed to be there and then she proceeded to get real smart at the mouth and I controlled my temper but yes If she talk to me like that not telling how she treat the residents so I will be reporting them after the holiday

2017 MY GRANDMOTHER PASSED AWay while at Immanuel Healthcare BROKE THE families heart, BUT THE CARE she recieved while there was amazing. She was THERE for 2 years prior to such and it was An awesome expierence. We will Highly recommend this PLACE! TY

The facility itself if good but the manager name Connie is why the employee turnover is so bad. She is over three departments and have a bad attitude towards her employees. I was not trained properly, exactly two days and was put out to work laundry alone. Then was talked down to by Connie because I didnt do everything right that I was not trained to do. Left me there to work not knowing every about the little small print items no one explained. Connie the manager is very rude and unprofessional that in meetings she has to talk about how much money she makes and what kind of house she lives in that we dont have and then talk down to her employees. As she say its not the company way its her way or no way but with only two days at work why am I working alone. Your employees cant even have their two days off because she calls them in becomes of the short staff because of Connies work ethic and attitude people walk out and prefer to work elsewhere because of Connie the manager is the worse manager to have. Thats why I left from working there and everyone else that leaves after being there a short time. Connie not right and runs over the owners the wool is over there eyes so sad. They will never be fully staffed because of Connies unprofessionally and bad attitude towards her employees and taking down to them.
