Horrible service DO NOT COME HERE!! we left same day of check in! Residence yelling for help no one comes to help! Staff fighting about job duties and completely ignoring people. This place should NOT BE IM SERVICE! only reason I gave a one star is because it forces you!!

I have pictures of used gloves on floor in my mothers room and seen them thrown down and leave them there for hours. Also, trash on the floor. Very slow to answer patient buzzers. Unbelievably loud in the hallway day and ALSO night. Food was awful and repetitious. Most likely understaffed!!!

I've been in many skilled living centers and nursing homes over the years all across Texas I have come to find this facility to be very professional I found them to be very kind to me I found them to be very attentive I found them to follow a very professional and convenient schedule into all services that they offer I like it here and from the very beginning it felt like I was around family if you're looking for a place to possibly move a loved one into please take the time to consider ridgmar medical Lodge not only when i moved in did they help me with everything I had to do but I've already been to the eye doctor and have a scheduled appointment for other services providing immediate help in regards to my needs
I found the staff to be very respectful and a lot of fun

The staff at Ridgmar Medical Lodge is caring and compassionate, as well as being top notch in terms of the needs of the patients. They provide opportunities for social life. I can't say enough good things about them!
