        Talked with Don who was very knowledgeable and adamant about the professionalism of the movers. He was mostly correct, but they were not quality movers. I was told I'd get a confirmation call the day before, but did not. Was told they'd arrive at 8:20 for an 8:30 appointment, but they arrived at 9:15. The whole job was very rushed. Althought, I was assured that all of my 3bed/2bath 1700sqft house would easily fit in a single trip with a 26ft trailer for $900, 8 SUV loads of items remained after they filled the trailer. The truck finished unliading at 12:45. They made quick work of it, but during recent unpacking noticed that many items were scratched and damaged. At one point during the move, the guys were handling some furniture roughly and I asked the guys to be more careful with a piece and their reply was "We only drop stuff when people are watching" and refusal to alter their handling practices.
