        DO NOT USE PODS. My re-delivery was delayed due to weather and then I was told they would give me my stuff back two weeks after the initial delay. I spent hours on the phone with different customer service reps until I got it pushed up to a one week delay. PODS makes you sign their agreement which they see as releasing them from any responsibility to provide a decent service. They do not care about their customers at all.

        The first half of my experience in Fort Worth was fine - professional and on time. The redelivery in San Antonio was a complete disaster with customer service reps lying about why my delivery was delayed and when it would be delivered...and then it happened again...and then it happened again. The owners of this company really need to take a hard look at their operation.
