They called me after I was approved and then told me the term limit and amount . They wanted me to have a 2 percent higher interest for 75 payments , thats beyond ridiculous. Ive payed on my vehicle for 3 years, Im not about to pay 50,000 more for my truck . Dont let these people trick you into a lower monthly payment . Its gonna cost twice as much by the time the term is up

The final rate you get approved for can be affected by your income, loan to value of your car, etc. That information we don't have until you apply for a loan with us or any other company.Unfortunately, and because of this, we are not able to refinance your vehicle at this time.We can assure you that there was no intent to mislead you with the letter and we're using the data that we had the best we could. Zero stars. Don't waste your time filling out an app if you've got a salvage or rebuilt title. Openroad representatives will rush you into a credit application only to come back and tell you that your vehicle doesn't qualify. It will lower your credit score and stay on your report for 24 months. And, they'll keep mailing you offers when they already know you don't qualify. They must be getting paid per app they file and they obviously do not care about our environment. It's a complete waste of your time and our environments precious resources. On their website they put the 5 star reviews at the top of the page and the honest poor reviews at the bottom so you won't even see them. Boo and shame on you Openroad. You're a bunch of scammers.

We wouldn't have any information on your vehicle until you apply and give consent to get all the needed information that the credit bureau doesn't provide. False advertisement. Sent me an approval for refinance of vehicle at a lower rate. Once I got in contact with them, it was a rate 8% higher than they told me I was approved for!!!!

Holly, please keep in mind that mailers are sent to customers who we believe will benefit from our program based on limited information we obtain from the credit bureau. We use that limited data the best way that we can to structure the pre-qualification. After applying, a customer’s most up to date credit history becomes available to us along with additional details (income, mileage, and vehicle) from the application. Once that information is reviewed on the application it is possible for it to not be approved. We can assure you that there was no intent to mislead you with the letter and we're using the data that we had the best we could.
