        Unfair application process pulled my credit made me jump hoops and turned me down in less than 24 hours without allowing me to supply additional information will always unrecommend these folks and can't wait to pay off my existing loan

        Poor customer service. I am a current customer and received an offer letter in the mail. I followed up with it and spoke with German (not sure if that's spelled correctly). We were going over my documents, and he said he'd call me back in 2-3 minutes. A week has gone by with no return call. This is not how you treat customers' potential or current. I will not return for services.

        Unresponsive and inconsistent. Promises we're made and not delivered. My credit score is 750 with a six figure income. Shouldn't be that difficult. Won't use one main ever again or recommend them.
