        Love, love Kendra Scott. Staff yesterday was not helpful and seemed like trying to hurry us out of the store. If I said I was interested in a piece, they would say great, Ill get it for you, is that all? Are you ready to check out? Very pushy.

        Well, the website said they close at 9:00 we got there at exactly 8:00 and the girl told us we are closed as soon as we walked in the door and she was kinda rude about it. Maybe she gets a lump of coal in her stocking for Christmas and we shop somewhere else.

        So thankful to Shelby! I didn't know they closed at 7. I walked in at 6:50. I was able to return a few items. Search for new items and get some gift cards. She was so patient and gracious! This is my absolute favorite location. Thank you again, Shelby! Merry Christmas!!

        Worst customer service. Not buying cheap kendra scott jewelry anymore. I also noticed how racist this store is, even thought the workers are a minority. Maybe they think they are not but look Hispanic.
