This 1 star is because of your entitled employee who double parks every single day here. You people do not own the lot and no one should be able to park this way. How unbelievably inconsiderate of yall. Your car isn't special either, it's a jetta. If this keeps happening imma do something about it personally. Park right. What kind of service would you get here from people to lazy to pull in straight to a parking place? Probably minimum effort and customer service.

I called Kay Jewelers for help identifying a wedding ring that was lost. We had bought it from the old Ridgmar Mall store but I called the Hawks Creek store as the old store had moved. Makenna was very professional and very friendly! She was kind and empathetic as she worked to see what she could find relating to a ring I had bought 23 years ago! I value great customer service and Makenna is as good as they get! Kay Jewelers is very lucky to have such a fantastic employee and I appreciate all the help she gave me...and with a wonderfully positive attitude throughout. Thank you! Don Stephens

I came to this store looking for a Valentines Day gift. Hannah assisted me in finding the perfect gift, she explained everything in detail and was very informative through the whole process. The store was nice and clean. Ask for Hannah she was awesome. Thank you, Hannah for all your help!
