We went to upgrade our phones. Reynita (not sure of the spelling) was very helpful, good customer service and helped me set up my phone and new watch. She did a great job.

Aaron Castillo was a big help, he went above and beyond to help me file a claim when people normally turn you away and tell you to basically do it yourself, Aaron was very nice and professional and so helpful, thank you Aaron for the excellent service

I came here today to see about getting a new phone and service with them. Im happy with the purchase I made and with the service that I got. Ivan helped me and he was really good. 10/10 would recommend!

They were very polite and professional and helped me add a new line, so I was confident in what they were telling me, even got a watch that i hadnt planned on getting . However, I was told I could get a free iPhone 14 since the 15 had recently come out, with the new line addition. Which I was happy for and the reason I didn't get the 15 instead. My phone bill came later that month and I notice I'm paying for the iPhone 14, no credits or anything to negate the payment. Went back and asked them about it and was told that the free iPhone 14 was only if I traded in an older phone, which wasn't mentioned originally. So I would rather be paying for an iPhone 15 instead of the 14, but apparently I'm stuck with it. Pay attention to the details.
