        I want to share with those who are looking for a great company to care for your loved one. We had never had a situation like the one before us with needing help in caring for my mother, and as we interviewed several company's it became apparent to us that BriteStar was the best choice for my mother's needs. We had a great experience with this company all the way from first contact with Dora to the actual service they provided for my mom with here caretaker Stephanie. I would highly recommend Brite Star. Thanks to all who worked with us especially Stephanie who provided the care for my mother.

        It took a week to get care scheduled, then the care scheduled was incomplete per the physicians orders. Then without notice, while i still required services to include wound care for an open wound they discharged me from their services without so much as a phone call. Do not waste your time if you have any other option.
