Aviator Home Health

This company has been horrible to work with. One of the Home Health nurses came into my home in April 2023 and accidentally broke some items. Aviator had me buy these items again and submit the receipts which I did and I STILL have not been reimbursed. It is now January 2024. This happened 9 months ago and back in October they said I would be getting the reimbursement check in 7-10 days! Dr. Cook is who Im supposed to be contacting but he has never called me back. Terrible service from Aviator. I would never recommend them!

I had the pleasure of meeting Marni Frazer, Sr Account Manager with Aviator Home Health today and was so impressed with her knowledge and resources! With so many home health companies to chose from - it's hard to know who you can trust. I can say I would trust Marni and Aviator with my own family!

I am a former employee of Aviator Home Health and a RN of 32 years. This company is the real deal, management truly outperforms any agency Im aware of. The patients really do come first, its not sales talk or a gimmick. I highly recommend you place your trust for your loved ones care with Aviator Home Health, they will receive the very best possible care because when nurses are treated outstandingly you hire and keep the cream of the crop!

I have been using Aviator Home Health care services in McKinney for the last two years. They helped my husband with recovery from the surgery in 2000 and recently they have been helping him with physical therapy and a wound care. The difference between care he got two years ago and now is huge. The nurses always come late, skip appointments altogether without calling and letting me know that they are not coming. The wound care specialist ordered a care supply that we had to wait for three weeks because the nurse said it was delivered to her house and not to our residence. They come unprepared without gloves (I had to give them mine), they start reading medical history during their visit and only then realize that they don't have any instructions from the doctor's office. They show no compassion, no understanding of the family situation. I do not recommend this company especially if your loved ones is seriously ill.
