Amazing program. I feel the burn in 45 minutes that I dont when I workout by myself, and I have been actively working out for years. So happy I found this place.

Love the workouts and the coaches. After just having a baby I was nervous to get back into fitness but the coaches helped me so much. Helping me break down some workouts and cheering me along. I have done a lot of workout programs orange theory, 24 hour, lifetime, hot worx, revv, etc F45 by far the best.

I just started, and so far I've done two workouts (Two Fold and Valor) with Joseph, and theyve been amazing! I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in the door. You will be missed, Joseph! Lucky to be able to get my next few 5 a.m. workouts with you next week!
