I went here for yoga class with some friends and the yoga instructor Courtney was very helpful and I felt comfortable the whole time! Def will be coming here from now on

Gym is great! Never too crowded and you can always get a good work out in without having to wait for equipment. Owners are amazing and always very helpful. They also just added 24 hour access so you can get a work out in at any time of the day!

The perfect small, old school gym. They have mostly heavy weights, power racks, and bumper plates. Old school air-bike & rower for great cardio options. Never too crowded or too loud. The yoga classes are a great addition and compliment to weight training.
