Met some really nice people here they were smiling the whole 2day process never showed any form of frustration I am so pleased with service, communication and everything my furniture is great bed's are great ece was new I am 1 happy customer Thank you to the whole entire team keep it up I definitely recommend giving them a try

This furniture store MGR is NOT TO BE TRUSTED to keep your purchase until a later pickup. The ELVA!!! manager gave her word that my table can stay at their storage & not to worry. I made the purchase in cash for the table. I asked if I need to find a place to store it considering I will be moving out of state. And need time to situate a plan to care for my mother. She said take your time it will be here. I checked at a later date and saw the table in the store. Gave them update on my mother situation and was informed its fine here. I called to tell her My mother passed away & Im making arrangements to pick up the table. I got to the store and they acted as they didnt know what I was talking about. She said we dont have storage here No table BIG FAT LIARS! DONT TRUST HER WORD!

Maya is an unmatchable furniture store in Fort worth. The employees are very friendly and professional. They provide clear details on purchases and financial transaction. I will definitely go back there for more until they give me a good reason to publicly discourage others from shopping at their store.

Elva and her staff will not reconcile the incident of my cousin receiving a bedset with mattress included came with bedbugs !! She says her establish doesnt have bedbugs but is failing to realize that where she purchased the furniture from had to have them. There was no bed or any furniture of any sort in the room. She has yet to take responsibility as a business owner and is very rude. Wants to put fault on customers rather than take accountability
