The worst customer service ever. My dad was by himself at the house he is disable he is not able to get up by himself hes in a wheelchair so they were knocking and they saw that no one was answering so they decided to open the door of my house. Without authorization My dad was really upset and scare. I buy a wash and a dryer and after a month the washer stopped working they take the Washer because they were going to fix it , and they left me another washer , old washer , They never fix it and they left me with the old one but they still charge me for the same price of the new one.

We have been with Masters for years and have gotten many items with them. They are always very polite and very helpful especially Tony. There was a few times where we werent able to make a payment for a few weeks when my husband caught Covid and they worked with us. As long as you call them and explain your situation, they will find a way to work with you.
