Atrocious customer service: do not answer phone calls, do not respond to e-mails. Avoid dealing with them if you can.

They don't have clue

I called twice just for some one to answer twice and hang up immediately both times.

They no longer do phone repair here

To get support, you must call and wait for a representative to return your call. Terrible customer service. I will look for another host.
