First time order and really bad experience. I paid for delivery and set up but they made a bad damage at the bedframe. I tried to contact many times to have it fixed or replaced but they just came to see and tell me to wait!!!!????

We drove to look at a sofa in store. Thought it would be a good fit for our new remodeled guest home. Got home and placed an order over the phone after getting approved for their credit card. Paid the extra delivery fee for setup and everything. They delivered the sofa around 12pm on 05/01/24 and then drove off without even coming to get us to look everything over. No signature or discussion or anything, just left. The sofa is damaged and if we would have known that we could of refused delivery. We have only had the sofa just under 48hrs and when I called the store this morning to have it picked up and give us a refund, I was told they will not refund us. A brand new piece of furniture that we no longer want and is damaged. So sad that a company can not stand by their products and just make a customer happy and give us a refund. There is nothing at their store we would like to switch it out for. Just a refund and put this behind us. I guess the moral of this complaint and story is to read the fine print, ask a lot of questions, and make sure without a doubt you really want the furniture you are looking at from Rooms to Go because once you make that leap there is no going back based on their ridiculous return policy. Either we will get a refund or just deal with the issue, maybe find something, pay it off along with the credit card, and NEVER shop at Rooms to Go again.
