I wouldnt recommend anyone going to this location. I walked in n the Manager said he couldnt help me with a Verizon problem and said go to Apple Store. Then came back n said he could help for $29. Really?

Its supposed to be a corporate store, but they can't help you with anything. Danyell & Tori made me feel helpless after I had already paid for a phone online. Coming to this location was nothing but a compleye easte of my time.

They are rude and don't even let u explain what u need help with. I hade my gfs phone needing a sim that was paid for already we just need to get it and they like nope can't do that ans everything I said was wrong. So I went to southlake just to get actually help and when I got to southlake I was told instantly yes we can do that. So Bryant Irving yall have pooooor service. Yall are just all about sells for u so u can make comession instead of getting people what they ask.
